victoria + justin's handfasting

vee and justin celebrated their handfasting in july 2024. their event was incredibly unique, featuring a march through the dunes led by a bagpiper and drummer for the ceremony and elements inspired by ancient norse culture as well as magical fairytale details. vee designed and made her dress by hand and also created a matching one for their daughter, aela. rain was threatening all day, but this party would not be stopped. there was even a clap of thunder perfectly timed with a toast to odin - i could not have made that up if i tried! this was truly one of the most special and memorable celebrations i have ever had the honor of photographing.
